Tasks & Responsibilities: Assist brokers in assessing clients’ financial needs, including credit assessment, risk management, wealth planning, and compliance requirements . Support the full mortgage process , managing client communications from pre-application to post-settlement stages. Prepare and organize application documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender requirements. Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth and timely settlements. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure all files are up to date. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. About You: Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business/finance. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly regarded. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
