Due to continued growth, we are recruiting employees to join various roles in our production team. Based in Carole Park and reporting to the Shift Manager, a Cutter and Former will be responsible for the production of high-quality biscuits and crackers. The role will involve occasional heavy lifting, high attention to detail and ability to communicate and problem solve. This role requires someone with a high attention to detail, ability to strictly follow a process, and the capability to perform heavy manual tasks over the duration of a full shift. Multiple positions are available across all shifts: Day shift working 7:30 am to 4pm Afternoon shift working 4pm – 12:00 am Night shift working 12:00am - 7:30am Key Responsibilities Monitor the production plan, paying attention to recipes & special instructions Maintain and complete production paperwork and data entry tasks into systems Picking, weighing & measuring ingredients Operating mixers / lifters Mixing raw ingredients into set batches. Quality Control & Food Hygiene measures Ensure the dough mixers work area is regularly cleaned and maintained as per Good Manufacturing Practice housekeeping standards. Conduct changeover and clean requirements as needed. Skills/Competencies Required Previous experience operating food production machinery within a FMCG manufacturing industry Must have high attention to detail to ensure quality of our products is never compromised An understanding of food safety, GMP, BRC & HACCP requirements/standards. An understanding of OHS regulations and site safety requirements. Excellent communication, literacy and numerical skills. High attention to detail and ability to accurately complete documents for internal compliance. Continuous learning mindset and ability to work as part of a team. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Ability to support and train others team members as you continue to learn and grow. Why Join Us?
