In this role you will: Provide top-tier customer service, exceeding expectations to foster long-term relationships. Support Account Managers by handling administrative tasks, freeing them up for high-impact sales activities. Manage customer sales queries, identify opportunities, and either convert them or escalate as needed. Create tailored quotes and solutions that drive upsell opportunities and profitability. Resolve order issues proactively by liaising with customers, partners, and internal teams. Stay ahead of the game by leveraging vendor tools, promotions, and certifications to enhance sales outcomes. Maintain accurate customer and sales data, ensuring seamless sales and service operations. About You A natural problem-solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade. A keen eye for detail, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence. Experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field, preferably in IT. Comfortable working with internal teams, partners, and customers to drive business success. A self-starter with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Integrity and professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally. Nice to haves: Experience with Microsoft licensing. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Teams Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce and or Dynamics 365 Experience working in the education sector.
