Base pay range A$150.00/hr - A$160.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Natural Selection Group Principal Consultant - Technology - Natural Selection Group This is: the job An exciting opportunity awaits for a Solution Architect with extensive experience in HR technology solutions and hands-on experience in SuccessFactors for a Melbourne based, 6-month contract. In this role, you'll shape the architectural landscape for critical people systems while partnering closely with business product owners, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. From payroll consolidation to incident management systems and the stabilisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, you’ll be at the heart of high-impact enterprise initiatives — combining deep architectural thinking with pragmatic delivery.
