We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes: Experience in designing and conducting best practice research, using quantitative and qualitative methods, in a health services, clinical, or university environment. Expertise in undertaking complex data analysis and modelling, including use of a range of statistical software packages and/or programming languages. A committed approach to delivering quality research outputs, as evidenced by a peer review publication record. Highly developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to identify and communicate the implications of research findings to QAS executives and other key stakeholders. Proven high-level skills in project management, including the ability to undertake independent and team-based research; to set priorities; work under pressure; pay attention to detail; achieve deadlines; and manage multiple projects. The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role: Applicants must have postgraduate research qualifications in a health-related field, including paramedicine, psychological sciences, nursing, biomedical sciences, public health, or another related discipline. * A strong track record of publications in relevant high impact journals will be a distinct advantage.
