Your Opportunity: As the Senior Policy Officer, you will actively participate in teams to support the analysis, design, review and implementation of school-based policies, procedures, systems, projects and programs of work. The Senior Policy Officer will: Contribute to developing and supporting the delivery of programs, projects and initiatives to achieve outcomes. Prepare high quality and timely briefing notes, communications, reports, submissions and correspondence. Provide information and advice across a broad range of topics. Undertake and support analysis, design, review and implementation of school- based policies, procedures, systems, projects and programs of work. Work in teams, maintain effective communication and collaborate with stakeholders. The position is based in Brisbane with flexible work options available. About You Our ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following attributes: An ability to communicate with influence using high level written and verbal communication techniques, as well as the ability to present information in a clear and structured manner. The skills to research and analyse policy issues and synthesise complex detail into clear, high quality and timely advice. The capacity for autonomous and highly productive work practices that have produced positive outcomes in complex and time limited environments.
