Expert knowledge and proven application of contemporary stakeholder engagement, communication, and marketing principles, practices, processes and tools, including IAP2 or other engagement frameworks. Demonstrated experience and success at leading stakeholder engagement and communication programs and projects and in driving continuous improvement initiatives, particularly with respect to improving outcomes and experiences for stakeholders and key partners. Demonstrated experience liaising, consulting, and collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders and fostering partnerships with stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues. Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade, through excellent communication skills and delivery of a wide range of communication products for internal and external audiences. Proven experience building and leading high performing teams, influencing positive workplace culture and supporting major change initiatives.
