As a Digital Conversations Manager, you’ll lead the design and delivery of conversational and generative AI solutions that delight users and exceed expectations. Do work that matters We’re growing and looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic individual to help shape our digital conversation strategy. You’ll support our chatbot (Bee), live chat, messaging, and future contact centre platform—building and refining automated customer journeys. Your skills • Proven experience in customer support or communications • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills • Organised, adaptable and data-driven • Familiarity with content production, compliance, and platforms like LivePerson or Microsoft Copilot Studio Your responsibilities • Drive the roadmap for digital conversation channels • Design and build engaging conversational flows • Champion best practice and boost channel adoption • Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions • Stay ahead of AI trends and apply them to improve customer self-service • Gather and apply feedback to enhance experiences • Provide thought leadership and support across initiatives If you thrive on challenges and teamwork, we’d love to have you on board.
