Contract SummaryRate: Based on experienceDuration: 6-month initial contractEngagement Type: Daily rate contractWork model: HybridLocation: Sydney ResponsibilitiesLead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and feedback within teams.Guide and coach teams in agile practices, mindsets, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and HCD.Manage team delivery cadence, track progress against sprint goals, and measure maturity over time.Identify, address, and resolve impediments while empowering teams to become self-sufficient.Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment across business and technology functions.Drive collaboration and transparency across multiple business units to support delivery outcomes.Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage, document, and track stories, tasks, and sprint metrics. Skills & ExperienceEssential:Minimum 5 years' experience in agile delivery, including 3 years as an Iteration Manager.Proven ability to lead and coach high-performing, cross-functional agile teams.Deep understanding of agile frameworks and lean delivery principles.Demonstrated experience in agile team maturity measurement and cadence management.Strong workshop facilitation skills and conflict resolution expertise.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Desirable:Experience in the Airline, Travel, or Retail sectors.Familiarity with commercial applications and enterprise alignment.Proficiency with agile collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence.
