About the role: The Procurement Officer supports the effective delivery of procurement activities across the organisation at Endeavour Foundation. This includes assisting with contract management, coordinating vendor onboarding, maintaining procurement systems, supporting supply chain processes, and contributing to procurement improvement initiatives. The role ensures compliance with procurement policies and procedures while promoting inclusive, ethical, and value-for-money sourcing practices. Reporting to the Procurement Lead, this role is full time hours based at the Endeavour Foundation Support Office in Cannon Hill. You will assist the procurement function and contract vendor management and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with stakeholders, Procurement team members and leaders across the organisation with the shared aim of providing a holistic customer and employee experience. Foster trusted relationships with commercial partners to achieve better pricing and quality of services Apply a data-driven approach to identify procurement opportunities that deliver value and support organisational goals. Contribute to procurement projects, including strategic sourcing, cost optimisation, and service improvement initiatives across the organisation Onboard vendors and contracts into operations by coordinating stakeholders to develop processes and embed ways of working to better manage our key vendors Maintain contract registers and proactively track contract expiry and renewal timelines to avoid financial risk. About you: Certificate, advanced diploma, associate degree, or equivalent practical experience in a commercial discipline (e.g. Procurement, supply chain, Business, Commerce, Finance). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a procurement or sourcing role within a medium to large organisation. Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management. High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data analysis, including cost-benefit assessments. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities. Proficient in procurement technology tools (e.g. MS Suite, PowerBI, DocuSign) and adaptable to changing environments and business needs.
