About You You are an inspiring, purpose driven and strategic Diversity & Inclusion Manager, with the confidence and experience to truly own D&I outcomes. People focused and pragmatic in your approach, you bring the ability to embed inclusive behaviours that improve wellbeing, engagement and performance. You will bring: Extensive Experience: At least 5 years in roles focused on diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), wellbeing, or organisational development, with a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives that drive meaningful change. Strategic Influence: Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to embed DE&I and wellbeing practices across the employee lifecycle. Leadership & Change Management: Strong capability in managing workforce change, leading projects, and fostering behavioural shifts aligned with organisational values. Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analysing data, measuring program effectiveness, and reporting outcomes to executive leadership and boards. Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of wellbeing frameworks, psychosocial risk management, and DE&I principles, with the ability to translate strategy into action. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with empathy, authenticity, and emotional intelligence. Stakeholder Engagement : A collaborative mindset and natural ability to build rapport, influence outcomes, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
