You'll be at the forefront of our REDCap migration project, working directly with researchers, administrators, and key stakeholders to design a solution that will transform research system management practice. This is an opportunity to make a real impact. Your work will directly improve data quality, enhance research compliance, and streamline operations for teams across the institution. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, REDCap migration project you'll bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and real-world research needs, ensuring our REDCap environment serves our academic community. What You'll Be Doing Solution Design: You'll design a REDCap solution that aligns with institutional goals, ensuring compliance with best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements: Your communication skills will be essential as you facilitate discussions and ensure requirements are understood and addressed, to produce actionable specifications for REDCap Project Support & Change Management: You'll help assess the impact of changes and ensure our transition follows institutional policy and change management frameworks. Documentation & Business Case Development: You’ll contribute to business cases and project documentation, clearly articulating the expected benefits of REDCap implementation, from improved data quality to enhanced research compliance. Testing & Quality Assurance: You'll participate in testing activities to ensure system changes and business process improvements work seamlessly before they go live, helping to guarantee a smooth user experience.
