Your Role As an Account Management Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of broker and policyholder relationships. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the workers compensation landscape , leveraging your experience to deliver tailored solutions, drive retention, and support sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with Underwriting, Claims, and CGU Broker functions to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure our value proposition is consistently realised. Key deliverables for success in this role: Build Relationships : Foster trusted connections with brokers and policyholders, bringing our ‘one team’ Customer Value Proposition (CVP) to life. Drive Growth : Achieve growth and return objectives through targeted broker plans, new business pipelines, retention efforts, and improving underperforming policies. Enhance NPS : Deliver exceptional account management services that support quality underwriting, claims services, and efficient complaint resolution. Boost Engagement : Advocate internally and externally to protect our team from non-core activities, enabling them to perform at their best. This is a permanent role open to candidates based in Perth, Western Australia . About You A background in insurance or similar client-facing roles. Strong skills in engaging and influencing stakeholders, including senior management Significant experience in the insurance industry, in-depth knowledge of workers compensation to support quality underwriting and claims outcomes Ability to balance improvement initiatives with customer, regulator, and community expectations Develop strategic engagement and service plans with brokers and policyholders Demonstrated leadership skills through significant change, achieving results through others Manage resources effectively to meet business goals Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing varied audiences, including at senior and Board levels Applications close Wednesday 25 June 2025 at 23:59pm AEST.
