Our ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written), a natural ability to support vulnerable clients, and a calm, organised approach even under pressure. About the Role: As a Support Coordinator, you’ll work independently with NDIS participants to help them understand, implement, and coordinate their NDIS plans. You’ll manage a diverse caseload with a strong focus on record keeping, service connections, and crisis support. The role is flexible — working from home and visiting clients and services as needed.
