What you will be doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work. To deliver vocational rehabilitation services clientele across varying schemes including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation; Comcare; Lifetime Care and CTP.
