Job summary: Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year Our Client have a career opening for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join the team . Duties Responsible for running a workshop with a small team of trades Working with the Production Administration and Engineering teams to ensure production time frames and deadlines are met Conduct regular Toolbox meetings to communicate planning and team direction Equipment maintenance and replacement in collaboration with the asset management team Responsible for ensuring all items are fabricated correctly and the QA process is adhered to Prepare job packs for all fabrication department Mentoring, training and supervising production staff Skills & Experience High level attention to detail, and a process driven mindset Ability to read drawings Driver’s license Forklift license Metal fabrication/boiler maker or other relevant qualification Commitment to safe work processes Positive and can-do team player who is keen to develop their career Our Client may require proof of COVID Vaccination or medical exemption, in line with the current government mandates.
