About the Role: As a Reinforcing Welder, you’ll be responsible for fabricating and welding reinforcement cages and frames used in a variety of concrete products. This role suits individuals who take pride in precision work and enjoy a fast-paced production environment. ️ Key Responsibilities: Cut, bend, and weld reinforcing steel and mesh in accordance with technical drawings Read and interpret fabrication plans and welding specifications Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively Ensure consistent quality and meet production targets Work closely with yard and production staff to deliver on schedule ✅ What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in welding, particularly with reinforcing steel Proficiency in MIG welding Ability to read and follow technical drawings accurately Strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality workmanship Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on environment Desirable Qualifications: Welding tickets or relevant trade certifications Forklift licence (advantageous) What’s on Offer: Pay rate – $33.96 – $36 (based on exp) penalties Temp to perm for the right candidate Long-term career prospects with a respected company Supportive team culture and safe working environment Ongoing training and development If you believe that you are suited to this role, and have full working rights please apply now.
