Job Description Your responsibilities will include: Manage and support one direct reportProcess end-to-end payroll accurately and on timeEnsure compliance with tax, superannuation, and award requirementsMaintain payroll records and respond to employee queriesLiaise with HR and Finance to support reporting and auditsOther ad hoc duties as required The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of payroll experience, ideally with exposure leading or managing a small team. They will also have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently & collaboratively, and strong communication skills. The candidate must also be available to start immediately or within short notice.
