We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our NDIS team based servicing our clients in the Central Coast and Newcastle region. ABOUT THE ROLE Manage, develop, motivate and lead staff, fostering a positive workplace culture where staff feel engaged, empowered and supported Ensure the successful daily operation of programs and effective administration of service budgets Ensure high quality services that provide an environment that supports the dignity and opportunity for clients to be accommodated in a caring, compassionate and secure manner To help prevent social isolation and encourage participation in outings and community activities. Supporting participants to be engaged in activities such as recreational activities, visiting family and friends, shopping, attendance at community groups and events . Developing activities for participants that are unable to access the community to stimulate and promote engagement .
