Based in Macquarie Park, your role as the Personal Assistant will see you enjoy autonomy whilst providing high-level, confidential secretarial and administrative support to the GM and act as the key point of contact for country and regional stakeholders. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate proven experience in working at General Manager level in a Personal Assistant capacity, the proven professional maturity to be working with high level, confidential & sensitive commercial information as well as the flexibility to attend to varying requirements / duties of the GM & extended regional leadership team. Your career history will present with a minimum of 5 years PA / EA experience, demonstrating tenure and you will also have advanced MS Office Suite knowledge & experience.
