Selection Criteria: Extensive experience in a management capacity within security services with experience in, or ability to display an understanding of, security within a health environment and an ability to effectively manage competing workload priorities. Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, co-ordinate and develop security teams positively to achieve commitment and co-operation with relevant stakeholders. Current NSW Security Licence Class 1A, Senior First Aid. Demonstrated ability to provide sound advice, technical working knowledge and to make recommendations to senior management regarding security services. High level communication and interpersonal skills, organisational and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to consult and negotiate with key stakeholders at all levels Understanding of security needs in a community health setting Ability to interpret, apply, monitor and evaluate policies, procedures and standards Demonstrated ability to participate in strategic planning of services and facilities with respect to security audits, risk management and assessments.
