The below position has changed to Operational Compliance Lead – Supply Chain . This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cronulla . What You’ll Be Doing: Confident Negotiation: Secure competitive pricing and optimal lead times through effective collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers. Supplier Onboarding & Management: Oversee the onboarding process and foster strong, long-term supplier relationships. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison, ensuring seamless coordination and proactive updates. Performance Monitoring: Track and assess subcontractor and supplier performance, addressing underperformance when necessary. Data Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain accurate purchasing data to support strategic decision-making. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve procurement challenges to maintain operational efficiency. What You’ll Bring: Extensive procurement experience, including purchasing, category management, and contract oversight—ideally within trade subcontracting. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments. Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities. A strategic mindset to optimize cost, quality, and lead times. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and continuous process improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
