Position Responsibilities 1. Take full responsibility for managing relationships across the comprehensive ICT interface within one or more client segments, to improve the client experience with ICT service in achieving their business objectives. 2. Develop a detailed knowledge of the business operations and strategic direction of one or more client segment. Leverage this knowledge to ensure ICT is well positioned to offer solutions that meet identified business needs. 3. Identify opportunities for business improvement within one or more client segments through provision of ICT products and services. 4. Actively manage ICT service delivery to agreed service levels and initiate actions to maintain or improve levels of service to one or more client segment. Assess and manage client satisfaction levels. Ensure critical issues are known within ICT Department and manage to appropriate resolution. 5. Provide assistance to stakeholders within one or more client segment to initiate required ICT service delivery. 6. Contribute actively to a learning organisation through: - Maintaining awareness of technology advances; - Ensuring that skills and competencies are kept relevant; - Demonstrating "team-player" behaviours through sharing of skills and knowledge; and - Fostering a professional network. High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills. 4. Substantial knowledge of current and future ICT trends and their application to a large complex business environment. 5.
