SAP Certification in relevant SAP Basis technologies Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment Installations, upgrades and maintenance (support packs) of SAP systems. Monitoring and health checks of all SAP systems. Performing system copies of large database systems Administration of the SAP database Resolving SAP transport issues and ensuring objects are transported in the correct sequence Support continuous improvement activities within the SAP Services Assist the SAP Services Basis Lead to ensure that the Australia Post SAP solution meets agreed service levels – incident, minor works and projects. Ensure that the non-functional and technical requirements for projects, minor works and incident resolution are properly translated. Develop and review estimations for support, minor works and projects related to your area of specialization. Ensure up to date knowledge of SAP and associated vendor products and services to support activities in your area.
