About the Company Core Talent is a proudly Australian Owned Company providing maintenance and engineering solutions and resources in the mining, infrastructure and construction industries. About the Role You will play a key role in the coordination of planning and mobilisation activities to support operational requirements across shutdowns and project works. This is a full-time position on a 9/5 roster, with weekend coverage managed remotely from home. Duties: Scheduling resources for shutdowns and project works in line with client requirements. Preparing compliance reports and managing compliance records, including identifying training needs. Coordinating flights, accommodation, and travel in line with site and client requirements. Developing and communicating mobilisation and demobilisation plans. Assigning primary assets and working closely with site leadership to meet operational demands. Organising regional and local site visits as directed by the business. Ensuring all personnel meet client compliance standards before mobilisation. Effectively communicating with internal teams and client representatives to ensure seamless mobilisation and site access. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar planning/mobilisation role within the industry. Experience using Rapid Crews (desirable). Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communicator with the ability to resolve issues proactively.
