As a Duty Manager at Dorsett Gold Coast, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, overseeing the hotel’s daily operations to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. You will be responsible for supervising the Guest Service Agents and Concierge team, making sure they’re delivering the exceptional, friendly service our guests expect. Whether you’re handling guest enquiries, addressing concerns, or ensuring smooth check-ins, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone! Key Responsibilities: Supervise the Guest Service Agents and Concierge team, ensuring they provide excellent service and uphold Dorsett standards Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while on duty Be the go-to person for guests, providing helpful, friendly, and fast responses to enquiries or concerns Assist the Front Office Manager with the flow of operations and make sure everything stays on track Ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the lobby for all guests Handle check-ins, check-outs and guest requested, ensuring smooth and timely service Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the comfort of our guests Resolve guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and a smile, ensuring total satisfaction Assist the Front Office Manager in responding to guest reviews professionally and empathetically, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel's reputation. Ensure hotel safety and security procedures are followed while on duty to guarantee guest well-being.
