Job Description About the role : Casual role available You will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashing Be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipment Recycling and removal of rubbish Assisting Chefs with food preparation as required Adhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines. Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene, Food Safety and WHS requirements.
