With a focus on enabling large-scale digital transformation, this role will oversee and align architecture across business, application, data, integration, and technology domains. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—bringing together cloud-based platforms such as Workday, Snowflake, Donesafe, and Workato - into a coherent and scalable enterprise architecture that drives business value, enhances operational effectiveness, and ensures secure and sustainable growth. This role reports to the Head of enterprise Applications and works closely with executive and senior leaders across all business units and geographies. Duties Define and evolve enterprise-wide architecture strategies, principles and standards Establish governance frameworks to support architecture decision-making Develop current, transitional, and target-state architecture models Provide architectural leadership for global digital transformation programs Design scalable, secure integration and data architectures Embed security, privacy and compliance requirements into architectural frameworks Lead enterprise architecture forums and mentor technical teams What You Bring Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) Proven experience with cloud platforms and SaaS solutions (e.g. Workday, Snowflake, AWS, Azure) Ability to lead and govern across architecture domains: Business, Application, Data, Integration, Infrastructure, and Security Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with architecture governance, technical standardisation, and risk management in large-scale transformations Strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation with practical execution Skills, Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field TOGAF certification (or equivalent) required Cloud architecture certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure) highly regarded 10 years in enterprise architecture roles supporting global or complex organisations Hands-on expertise in integration architecture, data governance, and platform design How to Apply Click APPLY and fill in as much information as you can in the track record section of the application, paying close attention to each question.
