This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting background and hands-on Salesforce experience , looking to shape and drive organisational change across complex environments. About the Role: As the Change Manager, you will serve as a strategic interface between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams, working across multiple business units. You will champion best practice adoption, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure smooth organisational transition through key IT transformations. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute change management plans for IT and business transformation projects Evaluate organisational impact and resistance to change Lead change workstreams using structured methodologies Deliver change communications and training across the organisation Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage engagement across all levels Monitor change success metrics and report progress to project leaders What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in enterprise-level change management Strong understanding of Salesforce and cloud-based technologies Demonstrated ability to analyse, plan, and execute change strategies Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments Agile or Lean Change Management experience (highly desirable) Strong facilitation skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Send your application to Stephanie S.
