About the Position: Our client is actively recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 3-5 years' post-admission experience to join their Motor & Property Recoveries team in Brisbane. You’ll be responsible for independently managing a portfolio of motor vehicle accident claims , property damage recoveries , and associated litigation matters. Your work will involve drafting legal documents, advising clients on prospects and liability, negotiating with counterparties, and progressing matters through court procedures. The role offers a dynamic workload where no two days are the same—ideal for a lawyer who enjoys fast-paced, technically engaging work with a commercial edge.
