About the Position: Our client is seeking a motivated Associate or Senior Associate with 3 years PAE to join their busy Motor & Property Recoveries team in Brisbane. Working alongside a highly respected Partner, you will handle a varied and steady caseload focused on motor vehicle damage and property recovery claims . You will be responsible for managing files end-to-end, including providing initial advice, preparing pleadings, negotiating settlements, liaising with insurers and external solicitors, and appearing in court when required. You’ll gain exposure to large-scale insurer clients and enjoy the challenge of resolving recovery disputes efficiently and effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your litigation skills and work on a mix of fast-moving, high-volume matters in a collaborative, high-performing team.
