We are assisting them in recruiting talented Solicitors with 2 years’ PQE to join their high-performing Real Estate teams . As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will: Advise on acquisitions and disposals of major commercial and industrial properties. Draft and negotiate a wide range of documents including contracts for sale, development agreements, joint ventures, and leases . Conduct and oversee due diligence , planning, and titling reviews. Collaborate with other practice groups, including environment & planning, finance, and tax, to deliver full-service outcomes. Assist with client management, business development, and supervise juniors (depending on experience). We’re seeking candidates with: At least 2 years’ PQE in real estate law gained from a top-tier or mid-tier firm. A strong track record working on complex commercial property transactions . Excellent drafting skills , commercial acumen, and an eye for detail. A strong academic record and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiasm for working as part of collaborative, fast-paced and intellectually stimulating team.
