About the Role This role is a six month fixed term contract, focused on delivering and executing initiatives to uplift Retirement Product for members that delivers improved member outcomes. Responsibilities: Collaborate with value streams and internal stakeholders to implement Retirement Product initiatives Define a structured and organised product backlog for specific initiatives and sprint plan. Regularly interact with all value stream Product Owners to assess strategic objectives, product and proposition requirements and product development/support resource requirements. Use a disciplined, qualitative, and quantitative framework to measure the return on investment of product initiatives Key Requirements: In depth knowledge of the superannuation and wealth management industries, in particular superannuation and retirement products, legislation, and administration. Experience in the research, development and implementation of retirement products and services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong experience in program delivery and execution Tolerant of high degrees of ambiguity and good at resolving uncertainty and setting direction.
