The position requirements include but are not limited to: Oversee daily production processes to meet OEE targets and participation in toolbox meetings Coordinate training to support team development, acting on feedback to drive engagement Maintain a positive leadership style to nurture the existing continuous improvement culture Strictly following and driving all required safety and quality procedures To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following: Formal qualifications in a Production or Manufacturing stream advantageous Proven leadership experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential Proven knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing principles and a strong mechanical aptitude Being a team player with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude is essential Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail On Offer Night Shift Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am 7 shifts/fortnight - no Sunday work $100k - $110k (negotiable) shift loading bonus scheme super We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
