In this key role, you will provide high-level support to our executives and their teams, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling travel, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced, impactful environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and communicate with VIP clients and C-suite executives. Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for senior leadership. Coordinate travel and accommodation for executives. Organize client functions, marketing events, and meetings, including technical setup and catering. Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt action and follow-up. Assist with invoicing, WIP reports, and CRM updates. Prompt ordering of ASIC and document searches via the search service desk. Assist with group projects and research requests as required. Support interstate teams with meetings and events coordination. Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, photocopying, and creating reports.
