This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate or second / third-year student looking to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced team of market leading specialists. You will be exposed to and assist in performing detailed valuations with a focus on Melbourne's Prime Office asset class, and work on many of Melbourne's most iconic assets. You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including asset inspection, analysis of sale and leasing evidence, cash flow modelling, report writing and client communication.
