As a Senior Manager of the Service Provider Management team, you will lead and manage a team responsible for driving efficient delivery from vendor platforms and market data providers, ensuring the Investment business has what it needs to run internalised functions and appropriate governance processes. You will be responsible for: People Management: Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and development. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Strategic Collaboration: Work with the REST Supplier Management team to help develop and implement supplier management strategies. Ensure governance, procedures, and control frameworks align with group policies, best practices and CPS230 regulatory obligations. Financial Oversight: Overseeing the vendor budget to ensure it aligns with the annual budget allocation for the service provider management team. Help streamline the invoicing process and support the approval of service provider manager invoices. Contract and Service Management: Drive the coordination and centralization of contracts and service provider details for efficient monitoring. Contribute to implementing continuous transformation and cost efficiency targets. Assist in determining service levels and reviewing service provider adherence. Compliance and Governance: Support compliance with licenses and commercial agreements. Help implement the Rest enterprise-level control and governance framework for suppliers, and assist in establishing a reporting framework for management, risk, and board committees. Regulatory and Risk Management: Collaborate with Operational Risk and Compliance teams to ensure compliance with third and fourth-party regulatory requirements. Data Strategy Support: Support the investment data strategy and organizational design through a robust vendor management framework. Help establish a standard engagement framework with vendors to leverage new offerings. Market and Strategic Initiatives: Work with market data service providers to manage changing conditions. Support strategic initiatives through effective reporting and stakeholder engagement Oversight of Broker and Counterparty Onboarding: - Provide oversight for the Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence processes managed by the Investment Documentation Manager. Ensure that comprehensive documentation, including International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) agreements, is maintained to high standards. Oversee the annual due diligence reviews to ensure compliance and operational standards are met. Process Improvement and Innovation: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed about industry trends, providing insights and recommendations.
