As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for campaign coordination of inventory sales across the Nine’s Metro TV channels, working across a client base of national brands. In this diverse role, your primary function will be to support the Sales Executive and work collaboratively with external stakeholders such as media and advertising agencies as well as internal stakeholders across the business. Day to day you will: Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of an advertising campaign Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns Confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email Data entry of advertising spots to sales and traffic system Monitor movement of advertising spots in traffic system and act to ensure (number and amount of) ‘credits’ are reduced General administrative tasks for Sales team
