As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to join our mission and play a key role in expanding our impact. About the Role As Business Development Specialist , you’ll be part of the team who are the "face" of our brand — actively building and nurturing relationships with Support Coordinators, referrers, and stakeholders across the country. You’ll focus on raising awareness of our services, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring we remain the provider of choice in the NDIS community. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, referrers, and community stakeholders Represent the organisation at industry events and community engagement forums Develop and implement referral strategies that align with our service delivery capabilities and values Promote our national network of Allied Health and Behaviour Support professionals Provide market feedback to internal teams to ensure our services remain responsive and aligned with participant needs Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience for new referrals What We’re Looking For Proven experience in business development or stakeholder engagement within the NDIS sector Existing networks of Support Coordinators and referrers across Australia (ideally national reach) A strong understanding of NDIS processes, funding structures, and participant needs Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Passion for quality service delivery and participant outcomes Self-motivated, goal-driven, and confident working independently Why Join Us?
