Maintain and grow the client database, tracking appraisals and new managements. Engage in continuous learning by attending training, meetings, and staying updated on industry changes. THE CANDIDATE: A minimum of 12 months experience in property management, real estate or general sales Excellent negotiation skills & excellent written and verbal communication skills You will possess competent computer skills.
