Experience: Previous experience working as a user/operator of Tactical Data Link 7 years working in a similar role In depth understanding of and experience in the operational deployment of Tactical Datalink equipment. Understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle Understanding of support system concepts and Logistic Support Analysis principals or a willingness to learn. Experience working in both Acquisition and Sustainment (Desirable). Personal qualities and behavioural traits: The candidate must have a consultative approach to doing their work Strong interpersonal skills will ensure ongoing success in this role as will the ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
