The Job Running the daily operations of our removals & storage division like a well-oiled machine Managing crews, trucks, storage, bookings, and logistics Scheduling and allocating across 3 states (NSW/VIC/QLD) Negotiating rates with contractors Problem-solving on the fly – client issues, staffing gaps, vehicle allocation Coaching and driving performance in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment Making sure every job leaves the yard and returns with pride Working closely with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams What you bring You’ve managed ops before — removals, transport, warehousing, logistics — you get it You’re sharp, organised, and tough as nails under pressure You know how to lead from the front — your crew respects you because you get your hands dirty You’re customer-focused but operationally ruthless You can read a schedule, optimise a roster, and make smart decisions fast Full working rights and police check required.
