You’ll also act as a supportive leader across the Intensive Therapeutic Care houses which cater to up to 12 participants. What You’ll Be Doing: Mentor Case Managers and shape best-practice casework Lead complex or sensitive cases and provide expert advice Review and sign off on case and leaving care plans Ensure cultural care planning and family restoration work is prioritised Deliver training and stay ahead of policy changes Maintain compliance with DCJ and OCG standards What We’re Looking For: Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field Minimum 5 years’ OOHC casework experience Proven leadership and mentoring skills Deep understanding of Trauma-Informed Care Experience with Youth Justice, Resident Care, Fostering or Restoration To Apply: If you would like to find out more, or you would like to apply please contact Sharleen Crooks on 0430 048 927 or email her on sharleen@sustainhr.com.au.
