Project Details: Site – Karara Scope of works: NRW is contracted to provide all management and technical services for mining, drill and blast, train load out, miscellaneous and maintenances for a large-scale, long-life magnetite orebody. The rates are flat - $66 p/h Project duration: 3 years – End 2027 12hr shifts These positions will be casual with the opportunity to go perm/full time after 3 months if required/suitable. Roster – 2:1 - 1 week of days, 1 week of nights. Motelling rooms Equipment: CAT 6060, CAT 793F Haul Trucks, Hitachi EX5600 Excavators, Komatsu WA900-8 Loaders The requirements for the role will be: NRW ROI (Attached) Working rights – VEVO, Birth Cert or Passport 2 x reference checks confirming experience within role they are going forward for Drivers Licence (minimum C Class – no provisional or extraordinary licences accepted), in colour, front and back (Serviceperson requires minimum HR) Headshot image Medical : Pre-employment, Spirometry, Work Cover Audio, Musculoskeletal within 3 months Lab DAS within 28 days Respirator Mask Fit (required for personnel entering process plant i.e., Misc. Works Crew & TLO positions) NRW Online Induction (this will be emailed once we receive the completed ROI and references) Theory Assessments (Including Karara Site Induction) Karara LMS INX Online inductions PPE Sizes to be provided
