Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Mobilisation Officer to support the seamless mobilisation of personnel to major project sites across Australia. About the Role As a Senior Mobilisation Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating end-to-end mobilisation activities for a high volume of blue- and white-collar employees across metro and remote project sites. Working closely with project teams, HR, recruitment, and HSE, you’ll ensure mobilisation processes are smooth, compliant, and delivered on time to meet critical project deadlines. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to contribute to high-profile projects in a fast-paced, supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of mobilisation and demobilisation for project personnel, including flights, accommodation, site access, and onboarding. Ensure full compliance with site-specific requirements including inductions, medicals, training, and verification of competencies. Maintain accurate employee and contractor records using internal systems and databases. Liaise with recruitment, HSE, and project managers to align mobilisation schedules with workforce plans. Proactively resolve mobilisation challenges, providing timely updates to all stakeholders. Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external providers. Support continuous improvement of mobilisation processes and documentation. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mobilisation or project support role, preferably within construction, mining, energy, or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of remote site requirements and mobilisation logistics. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
