We have multiple new and permanent positions available for experienced Case Consultants to join both our Group and Retail Claims teams based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Working alongside other passionate and like-minded claims specialists, your role will be to manage, review and assess claims cases to support our customers to achieve an appropriate and quality outcome. You will use your specialist communication expertise to collaborate with customers, medical practitioners and advisers to build a “Best in Claims” experience for all stakeholders. From day 1, you will take part in our 6-week intensive Claims training program as well as being supported ongoing to ensure you not only succeed but excel in your role. Additionally, you will be encouraged to develop and grow in your role to allow for future internal career opportunities About you You’re a claims professional with 1 years’ Life insurance or workers compensation claims management experience You have strong analytical, problem solving & time-management skills You work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and build trust by honouring commitments and doing the right thing You drive and achieve results through demonstrating initiative and holding yourself to high standards. Being a customer centric individual, you easily build strong customer relationships to better understand customer needs and requirements.
