Job Responsibilities: Manage the business relationship with the client. Build relationships through client engagement and ensure clear and concise communication, in a high-profile, high-performance environment. Manage expectations and feedback. Deliver outcomes that exceed the needs of Senior Stakeholders whilst ensuring Algo is not commercially impacted. Inventory Management Work with the suppliers and the retailers in implementing and maintaining the core range and New Release and Promotional orders. Provide excellent service levels in the overall management of the various accounts/categories. Demand Planning - effective demand planning delivering long-horizon forecasting Ensure Process Documents for specific category/vendor/retailer is always up to date and accurate. Working onsite at a client in Melbourne. Qualifications Needed: · Business/commerce background/degree · A minimum of 3 years work experience in retail · Experience in inventory management and demand planning. · Strong communication skills are essential · Fluent English literacy skills (written & verbal)
