Key Responsibilities: Drive daily site operations, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets. Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain high-quality standards. Uphold safety compliance through site inductions, toolbox talks, and inspections. Manage client and stakeholder relationships, providing regular progress updates. Ensure accurate site documentation and adherence to company policies. What You’ll Bring: Trade qualifications in Carpentry, Cabinetmaking, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial fit-out or construction site management. Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations and industry compliance. Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors effectively.
