This division plays a critical role in supporting large-scale operations and strategic projects from early design through to commissioning and startup. As a key technical authority, you’ll provide expert guidance to major operational assets, influence engineering practices, and drive innovation across mission-critical equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities Deliver technical consultations on complex reliability improvements and asset performance optimization. Anticipate equipment/system failures and implement preventive strategies to reduce downtime and risk. Lead and oversee root cause failure analyses (RCFA) for critical rotating equipment. Champion the introduction of new technologies to enhance reliability and operational performance. Develop and maintain engineering standards and KPIs related to rotating equipment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project execution aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Minimum 20 years’ experience in maintenance and reliability within oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors (mandatory). Proven track record supporting complex operating facilities and major capital projects. Professional certification such as PE (Professional Engineer) or C.Eng (Chartered Engineer). Advanced knowledge of rotating equipment including compressors, turbines, and critical system diagnostics.
