As a Director in our Maritime sustainment business, you’ll work with a team of highly skilled asset management and technical specialists. Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting, or equivalent roles , you’ll also have: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, Management) Strong experience with Maritime Capability, Defence or civil Demonstrated experience and capability in the delivery of Defence and/or maritime assets, focused on sustainment programs Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills NV1 security classification or ability to obtain NV1 (Australian citizenship essential, as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) website https://www1.defence.gov.au/security/clearances ).
